Norfolk Chapter

After years of waiting finally, in 1941, Norfolk men were installed as the 6th chapter of the National Association of Guardsmen. There was hesitancy among the Eastern group concerning a chapter entertaining in the "Deep South". The installation was held in the home of Aileen and Mike Spiller, and the charter was presented by the Mother Chapter, Brooklyn.
